Our Return & Exchange Policy

Namyaartzy offers you a very easy and simple 15 days (From the date of receipt as shown by the courier record) 100% money back and replacement policy.
If the goods are returned within 15 days of receipt without any damages done to the final packing it will be covered under 100% money back guarantee & exchange policy.
Once order is placed it cannot be cancelled without proper intimation and after dispatch.
Return shipment and handling expenses is customer’s cost.
Return payment will take 7days (working) to process. Please note that the credit card company/ banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods.
In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product as fixed by our experts.
The company reserves the right to change the exchange amount of the product based on the quality inspection.
