Exchange Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

• If you would like to request an exchange please write to us at amyaartzy@gmail.com
• Items which to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 30 days of receiving the goods.
• Namya Artzy Pvt. Ltd Products will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you the wrong item.
• If you would like to exchange any item, Namya Artzy Pvt. Ltd Products will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.
• If your country charges custom duty on your parcel will be payable by the customer. if you don’t pay and shipment will be returned to us. in that condition customer will be liable of shipment charges, Edi charges,reimbursement charges,clearance charges, demurrage charges and we will deduct these changes in your order amount.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address as given below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if We have already shipped the products.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
